Why only 30?
The Launch Pass was initially planned for 100 artists. Starting with a smaller group creates a more focused first experience and gives SoundNexus room to grow step by step.
90 days: 0% SoundNexus platform commission, but Stripe fees still apply. Afterwards: 15% BASIC commission per sale plus Stripe fees. BASIC has no other SoundNexus sales, monthly or setup fees; PRO/LABEL subscriptions remain payable.
Stripe example: €0.40 on a €10 sale with a standard EEA card (1.5% + €0.25). The actual amount varies by payment method and card.
Publish a song publicly
Publish at least one public, non-deleted song on SoundNexus.

After successful verification, the pass is activated once for 90 days.
Why are there Stripe fees?
To let you manage your earnings yourself, payments are processed through your own Stripe account. Stripe handles the transaction and payout, so its standard processing fees apply.
Founding Artist Bonus
The first five newly qualified artists within the Launch Pass allocation receive actual Stripe fees reimbursed on up to ten eligible paid sales after activation.

These five bonus places are included within the Launch Pass allocation, not added on top of the 30 participants. Reimbursement covers the actual Stripe fees charged on up to ten paid sales after activation.

The Launch Pass is available after successful verification and explicit acceptance of these terms. The first five newly qualified artists receive reimbursement of the actual Stripe processing fee for up to ten paid sales made after activation. The reimbursement is limited to the fee actually charged for the respective payment, is not retroactive, and is not paid for refunded, charged-back, disputed or fraudulent sales. A reimbursement is processed after the payment and fee have been verified; a failed transfer is retried. The Launch Pass and Founding Artist Bonus are separate benefits. Existing artists do not consume the five Founding Artist Bonus places, and no separate fairness program is currently active.
